Six and a half years of stewarding India's most loved smartphone brand through growth, disruption, and geopolitical complexity. As COO and then President, I owned the full breadth of the business, including sales, operations, retail, services, and public affairs, while serving as the primary public face of the brand.
- Rebuilt offline sales and distribution from the ground up, doubling reach and scaling market share significantly
- Established analytics-driven operational processes that balanced cost, scale, and customer experience at speed
- Groomed a generation of senior leaders, many of whom have since moved to significant roles across the industry
Myntra-Jabong (Flipkart Group)
Joined as part of a new leadership team chartered with turning around the Jabong business, and delivered on that mandate while simultaneously navigating a large-scale acquisition by Flipkart. Led a 400+ member organisation spanning Technology, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Analytics.
- Architected a three-pillar supply chain strategy that improved unit economics materially and enabled 10x sales scale
- Led a complex backend technology integration between Myntra and Jabong, preserving differentiated experiences on both platforms
- Drove consistent NPS improvement through a sustained programme of customer experience initiatives
eBay Inc. (India, Philippines, Malaysia)
Eight years growing from Head of Product to Country Manager, building genuine depth across product, category, marketing, and P&L ownership in India's pioneer eCommerce marketplace. Also managed the Philippines and Malaysia Marketplace businesses through 2012.
- Held full P&L accountability as GM and served as a member of the Asia-Pacific Leadership team
- Championed the Cross Border Exports agenda, establishing a durable competitive advantage for eBay out of India
- Served on the governing councils of IAMAI and the FICCI Retail Committee, contributing to shaping India's nascent e-commerce policy landscape

Built the foundation for a full-stack property search and transaction experience, owning end-to-end consumer experience across Marketing, Product, Data Sciences, Customer Support, and Operations. Instituted a consumer-first product philosophy and a mobile-first strategy ahead of industry convention.
Almond Wellness Tech (getfitgo.in)
Bootstrapped a gamified social platform for health and wellness before healthtech was a recognised category. Conceptualised the product, assembled a team of seven, built the MVP, and validated the business model and partnership opportunities from zero.

Foundational years spanning FMCG sales and distribution at Asian Paints, digital product development at Sify Ltd, including being an initial startup team member for Sify iWays, India's largest franchised cybercafe chain, and broadband content and IPTV product management at Tata Communications/VSNL.
